First day and last...she was so excited on both days, wore the same skirt on both days, but boy has she lost EVERY OUNCE of shyness that she had on that first day! :)
The last day today was a play day at the park by the school. It was a blast and she was a blur, running with her friends and chasing the boys and promising the teachers she would visit them next year.
We will sure miss her school. Don and I both feel amazingly lucky to have found such a wonderful (and fun!) school. Filled with great teachers. It was a great place for Delaney to begin her school career!
Aww see, in September she wore the socks and shoes I picked out for her!! Heee! May? Not so much. Mismatched socks and jelly bean printed Vans. :)

We also made one more little teacher gift, for her music class teachers and her summer camp teacher from last year, and also the Owner of the school, or the "Principal" as Delaney calls her.

These were really fast to put together and cute! They would make really fun 4th of July or summer birthday party favors. Delaney colored in the heart on the tag and it looked really sweet.
